Manufacturing Capabilities Under One Roof
Tooling, deep drawing, stamping, CNC turning, sheet metal, welding, finishing and inspection — a complete process chain that shortens lead time and keeps quality accountable.
From Drawing to Delivery
A clear, predictable process — so you always know what happens next and who is responsible.
RFQ & DFM Review
We review drawings, tolerances and volume, then advise on material and manufacturability.
Tooling & Sample
In-house dies and fixtures are built for fast, low-cost prototypes before mass production.
Production
Deep drawing, stamping, CNC turning or sheet metal runs with in-process checks.
Finishing
Plating, passivation, polishing, heat treatment and assembly as specified.
Inspection & Ship
Final dimensional inspection, AQL sampling, packaging and export documentation.
What We Can Make
Indicative ranges below — actual capability depends on material, geometry and tolerance. Contact us with your part for a precise feasibility assessment.
| Process | Core Strength | Typical Range |
|---|---|---|
| Deep Drawing | Seamless thin-wall housings, long sleeves | Ø 2–60 mm; length up to 830 mm; wall from 0.1 mm |
| Precision Stamping | Progressive dies, high-volume output | 0.1–3 mm thickness; 1,200+ in-house dies |
| CNC Turning & Machining | Tight tolerance, threading, hex bodies | Ø 1–80 mm; tolerance to ±0.01 mm |
| Sheet Metal Fabrication | Laser cut, bend, punch, assemble | 0.5–6 mm sheet thickness |
| Welding & Assembly | Probe and thermowell joints | TIG, laser and resistance welding |
| Surface Finishing | Plating, passivation, polishing, anodizing | To drawing / specification |

A 6,000 m² Facility with 110+ Machines
Our 130+ employees run a 6,000 m² plant equipped with presses, deep-drawing lines, CNC lathes, laser cutters, welding stations and finishing equipment. In-house tooling — 1,200+ stamping dies — gives us control over ramp-up speed and part consistency.
- In-house tool room for dies and fixtures
- Prototype, small-batch and high-volume capacity
- In-house finishing and assembly lines
Quality Is Checked at Every Stage
From incoming raw material to final packing, each batch is inspected against the drawing — with records you can audit. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Incoming Inspection
Raw material certificates reviewed and key dimensions verified before production.
First-Article Inspection
First-off parts are measured and documented before the batch is released.
In-Process Checks
Operators and QC staff monitor critical dimensions throughout the production run.
Dimensional Reports
Inspection reports provided with the shipment, including critical-to-quality dimensions.
Reliability Testing
Salt-spray, appearance and functional checks for plated and welded parts.
Traceability & Packing
Batch traceability with protective packing and export labeling for global shipping.
